Can you walk me through the life cycle of a project?

Producing traditional multimedia projects were driven by delivering a tangible – a website, cd-rom,
powerpoint, dvd or staging an event. It was basically taking the content from A to B. Today our
contributions are driven by redefining the client’s expectations.

Our journey commences with the DISCOVERY. Our team dedicates endless hours to uncovering the
latest, appropriate technology to communicate our clients message. Once the creative blueprint is
developed, we move to CREATE. We go through the project elements and create a unique design for
a redefined presentation. The presentation is then prepared for LAUNCH. The value-add to any
presentation is that we need to EVALUATE. From checking statistics on a website or webcast to
running analytics on a virtual event, monitoring results and making positive recommendations.
The entire project come full cycle from the initial plan to providing our clients with real world data to
use in their work place.
